We DO NOT accept returns or refunds as it’s shared risk among sellers and buyers for online plants delivery, but we are experienced online retailers for plants, and we promised to pack and deliver within our best efforts.
If u can't tolerate minor defects such as burnt leaves, broken leaves/flower bud which are not intentional, please buy and support your own neighborhood nursery.

【Replacement】
If the plants are received within 4 days and are found to be dead, we offer 2 methods of replacement:
Option 1: We will replace the plants and send together with your next order, do send us PIC & UNBOXING VIDEO within 24hrs to get approval from us.
Option 2: If you do not wish to place a new order, then buyer will need to purchase “Live Plants Replacement“ and pay for the shipping cost.
Please cooperate and take note that PIC & UNBOXING VIDEO purpose is important for analyzation of the issue.
